Create an account (App/WebApp)

1. Install the ZEISS Secacam App (iOS/Android) or open the WebApp. In the app choose Login with ZEISS Secacam.
2. Tap “Don’t have an account? Sign up now” → enter email → Send verification codes → enter the code → Verify.
3. Fill in your details → Create. Your account works in both App and WebApp.

Pair the camera to your account

1. Insert batteries (8×AA) – removable tray; included in the box.
2. Use the TEST button and 1.9″ display to align the camera on site.
3. Open the App → Cameras → add your device using the personal activation code from the Quick Guide.
4. Note: the camera’s PIN code is a local lock and is different from the activation code.
5. Each mobile Secacam can be registered to one account at a time.

Choose and activate a plan (Service Plans / Prepaid)

ZEISS offers subscription packages (Basic / Premium / Professional) with monthly cancellation and Prepaid credits that can be shared by multiple cameras in your account.

1. Open App/WebApp → Account / Plans → select Basic, Premium or Professional (30-day Premium trial available).
2. After purchase go to Cameras → Subscribed cameras → Add camera to service plan → pick the camera → confirm.
3. Heavy usage? Upgrade your plan or add Prepaid credits; Professional offers unlimited photo volume.
4. Cancellation: you can cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

Coverage & roaming

The integrated multi-roaming SIM connects to the strongest available LTE network and transmits in 35 European countries at no extra charge.

Practical tips

• Mount at ~80–120 cm height with a slight downward angle to avoid near-field glare.
• For longest runtime use quality Ni-MH AA or lithium AA in cold weather; monitor status in the app.
• Video: 720p is recommended for balanced quality/transfer; sent clips are limited (480p/10 s) depending on plan.
• Enable the local PIN lock in the menu – different from the activation code.
